Inspiring, motivating, developing others and innovating are at the heart of my everyday work. As a mother of three wonderful boys, I believe in setting ambitious goals and turning bold ideas into meaningful action — dreaming with intention and purpose.

I have degree in psychopedagogic of creativity, teacher in preschool and pedagogic therapist. I have finished management in eduaction studies and have been a manager in preschool for last eight years. I am a coordinator of Polish Olimpic of Creativity Destination Imagination and international judge. In private life I am a mother of two children and my biggest passion is diving.

I have been part of Baby City for the past five years. I am responsible for coordinating schedules and overseeing daily planning to ensure the smooth operation of the centre. I serve as the primary point of contact for parents in urgent matters, providing reliable support and clear communication whenever it is needed.

I have been working at Baby City for over eight years. In my everyday practice, I use the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) approach to support children’s thinking, creativity and collaboration. I enjoy creating and directing theatrical performances with children as a way of developing expression and confidence. I am also passionate about ecology and aim to nurture eco-conscious, environmentally responsible attitudes from an early age.

I hold two professional qualifications and continue to develop my skills at Baby City, where learning is a shared process.
